Check In and Check Out

Check in: Anytime after 3 PM on the date of arrival.  We cannot guarantee any reservations before that time.  If you come early, come dressed for the beach so you don't waste your day waiting for your room.

If you plan on arriving later than 6 PM, please make advance arrangements with the office in advance.

Check Out: 10 AM

Please return guest keys to the Front Desk at Check Out

Deposits

2 Nights deposit is required in advance to hold reservation.
Please send payment by Check or Money Order in US Funds to:

Telephone reservations are held for 7 days. If deposit is not received by that time, telephone reservations will be cancelled.

Reservations are held until 6 PM on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made with the office.

Deposits are not transferable.

Cancellations

First nights deposit is non-refundable

NO REFUND will be issued for early check out due to illness, inclement weather or any other reason.

Other Items

ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Balance of payment is due upon arrival in cash, Travelers Check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card.

Three-Night Minimum Stay Required in season and through holidays.

Shorter stays may be arranged subject to availability at an increased rate.

Rates apply to advance reservations made by June 1 only, and are subject to increase after that date.

Rates do not apply to weekends, holidays, special events or conventions.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted upon arrival.
