DISCOUNTS FOR STAYS OF THREE (3) NIGHTS OR LONGER Guests will receive a $5 discount per night in MAY, JUNE and AFTER LABOR DAY WEEKEND, or a $10 discount per night from JULY, AUGUST and LABOR DAY WEEKEND when the BALANCE IS PAID IN CASH ONLY. (Does not apply to any special).
DINING CREDITS - Stays of three (3) nights or longer receive a $5 DINING CREDIT FOR EACH PAID GUEST each day toward any menu item in our restaurant, JAMAICA ME HUNGRY, as long as our restaurant is open Dine in only. Free Days do not include dining credits.
DEPOSITS - All room reservations are guaranteed ONLY upon receipt of one night's deposit plus 14% tax by PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDER, Visa, Mastercard or Discover in U.S. Funds. Specials require a $200 Deposit, $250 for weekly specials, plus tax. Deposits for reservations made by phone are due within ten (10) days of telephone request. Deposits for reservations made by phone that are not received within ten (10) days cancel automatically. Deposits are not transferable.
MINIMUM STAY FOR ADVANCE RESERVATIONS - A three (3) night minimum stay is required for all advance reservations. Stays of less then three (3) nights are subject to availability, please add $25 per night to the rate. To inquire about availability regarding stays of less than three (3) nights, please call an agent at 888-522-5670.
PUBLISHED RATE GUARANTEE - RESERVATIONS are guaranteed until 6 PM on the date of arrival unless you contact the office in advance. Rates apply to ADVANCE RESERVATIONS MADE BY JUNE 1 ONLY, and do not apply to weekends, holidays, conventions or special events and are subject to change without notice. Rates will go up. Fifth person in any Queen Efficiency, add $15 per day plus tax.
CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURES - One night's deposit plus 14% tax is required for all advance reservations and WILL BE FORFEITED if reservation is cancelled for any reason. NO REFUND for unused nights or early departures.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT - Check in time is AFTER 4:00 p.m. If you will be arriving before our designated check-in time, please come in your swimsuit.There is NO CHANGING ROOM. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. There is a late check out fee of $150.00.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE - Your balance is due in full at time of check in and is payable in CASH, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER. Personal checks are not accepted for the balance due.
KEY AND LINEN DEPOSIT - A mandatory $20.00 CASH refundable key deposit is required at time of check in and will be refunded at check out when your room keys are returned to the front desk.
VISITORS - THIS PROPERTY, PARKING LOT AND POOL are reserved for Registered Paid Guests ONLY. All facilities including the swimming pool and parking lot are for the use of Registered Paid Guests Only. Visitors are not permitted to park on the lot or use the facilities including the swimming pool. Visitors are not permitted before 8:00 am or after 10:00 pm.
PARKING - ONLY ONE (1) PARKING SPACE PER UNIT IS AVAILABLE. All vehicles parking on lot are required to be registered with the front desk and must display a Regal Plaza Parking Permit. At no time will more than one (1) vehicle per unit be permitted on the lot. Street parking is available nearby should you choose to travel with more than one (1) vehicle.
SMOKING POLICY - By State Law, the Regal Plaza Beach Resort is a totally NON-SMOKING HOTEL which includes MEDICAL MARAJUANA. There is a $250.00 CLEANING FEE for smoking in any room,, marijuana cleaning fee $500.00. Cigarette smoking is permitted outside with all room doors closed.
PET POLICY - No pets of any kind are permitted.
